  • 1 tbsp 15 g calcium citrate powder
  • 1 tbsp 12 g citric acid
  • 1-2 tsp 4-8 g stevia powder
  • 1/2 tsp 2.5 ml natural lemon extract lemon powder
  • 1/2 tsp 2.5 ml natural lime extract lime powder

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sea salt or Himalayan pink salt, potassium chloride, baking soda, magnesium citrate powder, calcium citrate powder, citric acid, and stevia powder.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a whisk or a fork, ensuring that there are no clumps.
  • Add the natural lemon and lime extracts to the mixture and whisk again until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container for storage.

To use:

  • Mix 1 tsp (5 g) of the electrolyte powder with 8-12 oz (240-360 ml) of water. Adjust the amount of powder used according to your taste preferences and hydration needs.
